We have staff based at our three production sites at Letty Green, Birch Green and St. Albans. Our sales and administration staff are based at our Head Office at Letty Green.

Team Leaders
We have vacancies for Team Leaders to join our Nursery Production teams at our sites, near Hertford. The roles will include;
- Preparation and potting of young plants.
-Seasonal maintenance of plants including watering, pruning, caning etc.
- Pest and disease identification and control.
-Supervision of staff as required.
Our Team Leaders are also expected to assist the Nursery Manager with planning. Training will be provided as necessary and will include practical training e.g. spraying and training in supervision and management skills. Certain elements of training will lead to recognised qualifications.
Opportunities exist to progress to Nursery Manager.
