A French cultivar of domesticated apple, that has combined traits of three other apples, Jonathan, Golden Delicious and Roman Beauty apples. As with most apples it needs cross pollination, Florina is a good pollinator for others.

Fruit

‘Florina’ bears medium to large fruit, the skin is very attractive, purple red covering almost completely the yellow background. The Flesh of the apple is medium firm and aromatic, a blend of sweet and tart and is mainly used for fresh eating
