Details:

Rosa laxa is deciduous. The imparipinnate leaves are alternate. The elliptic leaflets are serrate and petiolate. This is the main rootstock plant used for rose production in the UK. Rosa laxa produces corymbs of light purplish pink five- stellate flowers from June to August producing red hips in Late summer.
