Nursery Person / Horticultural Specialist

We are looking for a passionate and skilled horticulturalist to join our team. This is a hands-on role working across all areas of our busy production nursery and cash & carry, ensuring plants are grown, cared for, displayed and despatched to the highest standards.

In this role you will:
- Care for plant stock – watering, feeding, pruning and maintaining health and vitality.
- Prepare and pick plants for customer orders with accuracy and pride.
- Support all areas of nursery production, from setting down arrivals to maintaining displays.
- Monitor crops for pests, diseases and irrigation issues, acting quickly to keep them in peak condition.
- Follow OHAS, plant health, and nursery protocols to maintain high standards and biosecurity.
- Work closely with colleagues to keep nursery systems efficient, safe, and customer-focused.

£25,000 to £30,200 depending on experience
